All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you before final order approval.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery for the Bangkok area.
We also accept orders for outside Bangkok area customers.

Delivery Time
To be delivered today, please place your order before 6 pm. Every order placed after 6 pm will be delivered the next day. Last delivery at 9.30 pm.
Delivery time will be provided to you once messenger organizing his schedule (2hrs before delivery). Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order as per messenger information.
Delivery Instructions
All products provide by Elmercado will be deliver as per a strict temperature control.
Seafood 2 to 5 degres - Dairy 4 to 10 degres - Coldcut 8 to 12 degres - Wine & Dry products room temperatures
Special boxes, packaging & tools will be provide to maintain proper quality and temperatures before to reach your home.
Delivery Charge
Bangkok Delivery Offered for orders over 1000 THB
All delivery under an amount of 1000 Bahts will be charge 150 Bahts no matter the location in Bangkok. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
